Building on the concepts in Course 1, we now share ideas and techniques for how to utilize these skills in a classroom setting. Through working with concepts such as character strengths and resilience, and by exploring research-based definitions of well-being, a new language around student flourishing will be introduced. You will be empowered with a tool-kit to bring positivity, agency, and many other skills into your daily classroom routine in a way that works for you. Exercises range from brief resets to long-term classroom culture shifts.
